• An estimate per project is given up
front, based on a full, written brief. This fee allows for two
sets of author’s corrections, provided these do not change
the concept of the original brief. Additional author’s
corrections will be charged for separately.
• Should the brief, or final specifications, change from
what was specified in the estimate, a new estimate will be given.
• Should progress on a project be delayed or stalled,
work in progress will be charged for at the end of each month.
• Should you wish to terminate a project during its progress
a termination fee will be charged, based on the work done to
date of termination.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Advertising print copy The cost for this is
based on an estimated time involvement, except when a concept
is required in which case there will be an additional concept
fee. To explain this, imagine a poster showing a wedge of cheese
with one word underneath “Mouth-trap”. How does
one charge for one brilliant word, which may have taken an instant
flash of brilliance or three weeks? The value of the concept
is considered, taking into account the media being used –
international, national, local, in-house and so on.
Broadcast copy. Radio and television scripts
are charged according to the value of the campaign: short term,
long term, national, local, and so on.
Articles and press releases are based on a
cost per word.
